A delicious starter of springbok carpaccio

In my line of business I eat at some amazing restaurants. This Springbok carpaccio was a delicious starter I had on our Cape Peninsula tour. The Cape Peninsula tour is a must do when visiting Cape Town. There is so much to see and experience.

Hout Bay is a definite highlight for me. As you crest the top of the hill, you are met with the breathtaking view of Chapmans Peak Drive. An incredible sight and even more spectacular when driving it.

Driving ever closer to Cape Point my mouth begins to water… some of the freshest sea food I have ever eaten. The starters, mains and dessert are delicious. I had a Springbok carpaccio as a starter and it was so beautifully presented as well as incredibly delicious. I would eat it 1000 times over.

Springbok carpaccio is served at many restaurants in South Africa and each restaurant has its own special take on presentation and ingrediants. My guests always remark on the excellent food we have in South Africa and how cheap it is to eat out. From fine dinning to a more relaxed dinning experience, we have it all. We are spoilt for choice. There will defnitley be a restaurant to suite your needs and budget.Be sure to try the Springbok Carpaccio when you see it on the menu when eating out again.

After our tummies are well fed, we continue on our Cape Peninsula tour visiting the penguins at Boulders beach in Simons Town. They are so clumpsy on land but swim like bullets in the water. There is a beautiful place to swim and relax for the day at boulders beach. You may even have a penguin or 2 swim by you.

The smell of the ocean breeze as we enjoy our Cape Peninsula tour with The Wine Specialists.
