Making delicious pots of soup with fresh, healthy ingredients is very important to me. The standard pot that I use makes 3 litres of soup and is packed with wholesome goodness and taste. Each soup has it’s own special and secret list of ingredients. At the moment, I am making creamy butternut, pumpkin, creamy cauliflower, vegetable, chicken and vegetable, pea and vegetable, pea and ham soup and delicious potato and leek soup.
Each soup portion is 500 ml, which is a generous portion for 1 person. Each portion of soup comes with a delicious homemade focaccia bread. There are also a variety of flavours to choose from: Garlic and onion, roasted tomato and onion and fresh herbs.
