Many people who are new to wine and even those who have been drinking wine for a few years, may feel overwhelmed or unsure when it comes to PAIRing there food with a particular wine. I am here to help and give a few wine recommendations.
Here I have made a delicious, roasted tomato with balsamic vinegar and red onions, tomato soup….and a few other secret ingredients.
A few wine recommendations would be a Pinot Noir, Merlot or a stunning South African Pinotage.
