Plan your Dream Wedding

I will be with you from the start to the end of your wedding. This will include the following:

This will include first meeting questions regarding your venue, ceremony questions, pre-reception questions, reception questions, bridal party questions and general questions re garding describing your dream wedding and the type of wedding you would like to have.

We will look at decor and styling. We will conceptualize the look and feel of your wedding, your colour scheme and choice of flowers. I will create mood boards for you to visualize the overall look of your wedding.

We will visit wedding venues which fit your brief.

We will look at your budget and see how we can give you your dream wedding within the constraints of your budget. We will also manage your budget throughout, making sure we stay on track.

We will source a minimum of 3 quotes and pro's and con's of each supplier, so that you can make an informed decision. This will include, photographers, videographers, hair and make, your wedding cake, decor and florists, stationary, music and entertainment and the marriage officer.

We will book your preferred suppliers for you and go through their contracts with you before you sign on the dotted line.

We will manage and write up all schedules for you: Planning schedule, getting ready schedule, photography and videography schedule, on the day schedule, set up and break down schedule.

We will also organise accommodation, airport transfers, welcome parties, the rehersal dinner, planned activities for your guests as well as transport for your guests to and from the wedding venue(s).

The package also includes on the day co-ordination, where we will make sure that everything runs smoothly.

You may just need help finding the best wedding venue and you will take care of the rest.

Bring your family and friends and enjoy a wonderful day out looking for you perfect wedding venue. Send me your budget, number of guests, the type of wedding you would like to have and I will source wedding venues for you based on your preferences.

The price includes sourcing the perfect venues for you, information packages from each venue we visit as well as a note book and pen for you. Also included is a detailed questionaire which I will fill out for you, for each venue that we visit. You will then be able to compare the information from all the venues and make an informed desicion as to which venue will be best suited to you.

You can also enjoy lunch at one of the venues we visit as well as wine tasting if the venue is on a wine farm.

The price will be determined by the number of guests on tour as well as where I will be fetching you from and the distances travelled between venues.

If you are oversees or anywhere in the country and you are unable to make a wedding venue site visit with me, I will send you a selection of venues to choose from, which have been carefully chosen according to your brief.

Attached in the email will be the information packages of each venue as well as the completed questionaire on each farm, covering detailed questions regarding ceremony and reception spaces, what is included and excluded, to accommodation, food and a detailed drinks list.

Included in the price, is me travelling to each venue, taking pictures and videos and meeting with each venue co ordinator. These pictures and videos will also be sent to you.

I will also send you each venue's preferred supplier list.

The cost of this service will be determined by the number of site visits I have to do and the distances travelled between venues.

Having to still worry about organising accommodation for all your guests and worrying about how they will get from the airport to their accommodation is a lot to deal with.

Let me take the stress off your hands and find suitable accommodation for your guests close to the wedding venue.

All airport transfers will be organised and your guests will be safely picked up from the airport and taken to their various accommodation establishments.

You send me the brief of the type of wine you would like to be served at your wedding/function. I will then choose wine farms based on your brief and budget. I will fetch you on a date of your choosing and you will enjoy a wonderful day of wine tasting, deciding which champange, Rose, white wine, red wine or dessert wine will be best for your wedding.

Once you have decided which wines you would like to have, I will take care of all the logistics. I will order the wines for you and make sure they arrive at your home prior to the wedding.

If you are not able to join me on a private wedding wine tour, then I will source the wines you would like to drink and send you bottles to taste.

I can send you as many bottles as your budget allows.

As an optional extra, we can include a virtual tasting where you and your friends and family are taken through the wines. We can discuss what to pair the wines with, when to serve each wine and the correct temperature to serve the wines at.

Once you are happy with your selection for your big day, then I will take care of all the logistics. I will order the wines for you and make sure they reach you safely before your wedding or function date.
